1. Product Description
These earrings are inspired by Cupid’s arrow, turning a timeless symbol of love into a striking piece of wearable art. Crafted on a copper base with 24K gold plating, they carry a warm vintage gold tone that feels rich, refined, and romantic. The design combines a heart-shaped upper motif, a curved bow-like structure, and long tassel drops, creating a silhouette that feels both symbolic and graceful. When worn, the elongated composition naturally draws the eye downward, helping to visually lengthen the neck and soften the face line.
What makes this pair truly special is its extremely difficult handmade pavé craftsmanship. Every Swarovski crystal is individually placed and secured by hand in very small areas, requiring extraordinary patience, precision, and control. This is not a technique that can simply be rushed by machine. It is time-consuming, demanding, and highly dependent on the skill of the artisan. That is exactly why the final result feels so refined: the entire surface glows with dense, even brilliance, while still preserving the elegance of the overall structure.
This design is offered in two color versions. The blue version combines deep ocean blue and bright aqua tones, creating a quiet, mysterious, and dreamy atmosphere. The red version pairs vivid red crystals with clear white stones, giving the earrings a warmer, more passionate, and more openly romantic character. The tassels at the bottom move gently with the wearer, adding fluidity and life to the piece. These are not ordinary earrings — they are symbolic, technically demanding, and emotionally expressive jewelry made in small handmade batches.
2. My Story
I am a second-generation jewelry artisan.
I grew up watching jewelry being made by hand, so for me, craftsmanship was never just a profession — it was part of daily life. I learned early that a truly beautiful piece is not only about appearance. It must also have structure, discipline, detail, and something that allows it to endure beyond trends.
Later, I studied jewelry design at Birmingham City University, where I deepened my understanding of European vintage jewelry, design logic, and construction. But no matter how much formal training I received, my foundation always remained in the workshop tradition I grew up with: respect for materials, patience in process, and care for the smallest details.
These Cupid Arrow earrings reflect exactly that balance. They combine romantic storytelling with demanding handcraft, and they are designed not just to decorate, but to be remembered. Whether given as a gift to someone deeply loved, or chosen as a personal symbol of hope, love, and beauty, they carry both feeling and craftsmanship together.
3. Styling Suggestions
These earrings are versatile because each color version carries a different mood.
The blue version is ideal for cooler, more ethereal styling. It pairs beautifully with dusty blue, navy, white, silver-grey, or soft neutral tones. It works especially well with flowing dresses, elegant knitwear, or relaxed tailored outfits, making it perfect for spring outings, seaside vacations, gallery visits, and artistic date settings. It feels romantic in a quieter, more mysterious way.
The red version has a stronger emotional and dramatic presence. It pairs especially well with black, wine red, ivory, or warm-toned evening fabrics such as velvet and satin. Because of its heart motif and vivid color contrast, it is especially suitable for anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, dinner dates, parties, and formal events where you want the jewelry to feel expressive and memorable.
For elevated office or smart casual styling, both colors can be worn with beige, cream, soft grey, or camel blazers, silk tops, and tailored trousers. They add romance and individuality without overwhelming the outfit. For a more vintage-inspired look, they also work beautifully with rich textures such as velvet, high-neck knitwear, retro dresses, and warm autumnal tones. The design itself already carries a story, so it invites the wearer to explore different styling possibilities creatively.
4. Who I Designed It For
I did not design these earrings for everyone.
They are made for people who still believe jewelry can carry meaning. For those who are moved by symbols, by craft, and by the emotional power of a beautifully made object. They are especially suited for people who love vintage-inspired jewelry, who appreciate detail, and who want their accessories to feel personal rather than generic.
These earrings are also a perfect gift for a beloved woman — not only because they are visually romantic, but because they carry the symbolism of Cupid’s arrow: attraction, devotion, emotional courage, and love. At the same time, they are equally meaningful for someone choosing them for herself, as a reminder that love, beauty, and hope can also be self-owned and self-celebrated.
I create jewelry for people who can feel the difference between decoration and intention. For collectors, romantics, and women who want their jewelry to say something quietly but unmistakably.
