These Monkey Flower Dangle Earrings are one of my most whimsical and technically demanding designs, created as a small wearable scene: a golden monkey climbing among soft white blossoms. The design combines sculptural metalwork, enamel craftsmanship, crystal setting, and articulated dangling movement in one pair of earrings.
The base is made from high-quality H65 brass, finished with a thick 24K gold plating for a rich, warm, long-lasting golden tone. Even the back of the earrings is carefully finished with vintage-style engraved details, because I believe true craftsmanship should remain beautiful even in places that are not immediately visible.
The white flowers are finished with a smooth, milky enamel surface, giving them a soft jade-like glow. Each petal is outlined with fine gold edges, creating a delicate botanical silhouette. The raised flower centers are not flat decorative pieces; they are three-dimensional structures, finished with hand-set sparkling crystals that catch the light beautifully.
The monkey figure is sculptural and full of movement, with a playful climbing posture that makes the entire earring feel alive. The dangling floral composition gently moves when worn, helping to elongate the neck and soften the face. 2. My Story & Craft
Hello, I’m Lisa, a second-generation jewelry artisan and a Jewelry Design graduate from Birmingham City University.
I grew up in my father’s jewelry workshop, learning traditional handcraft techniques from childhood. My father’s decades of work supported my education in the UK, and today I continue our family craft by combining professional design training with handmade jewelry techniques passed down through two generations.
I do not create jewelry as fast fashion. Every piece begins with sketches, prototypes, adjustments, and hand-finishing. My goal is to make jewelry with character, emotion, and lasting artistic value—pieces that feel personal, rare, and worthy of being collected.
