1. Product Details
This vintage-inspired three-piece jewelry set includes a double-strand pearl necklace, coordinating earrings, and a matching brooch. Designed as a complete collection, each piece combines luminous ivory pearls, deep emerald-green crystals, antique-gold metalwork, and delicate botanical details. The result has the presence of European court jewelry while remaining versatile enough for both formal occasions and refined everyday styling.
The metal components are crafted from high-grade H65 brass and finished with 24K gold plating. Every piece is then treated with my family’s hand-applied oxidation and antiquing technique. Instead of the flat, uniform appearance of mass-produced gold-tone jewelry, this traditional process creates subtle tonal variation, softened highlights, and natural shadows within the recessed details. The finish gives the set the warm, timeworn character of jewelry preserved and passed through generations.
The necklace features two graduated strands of creamy glass pearls arranged around three sculptural centerpiece elements. Each centerpiece holds a large emerald-green rectangular crystal surrounded by pearls of different sizes, hand-formed leaves, floral buds, and curling branches. The deep green stones are original Swarovski crystals, chosen for their rich saturation, clarity, and dramatic contrast against the softly antiqued gold.
The pearls are high-quality glass pearls sourced through the same specialist supply network used by established European luxury jewelry makers. Their smooth surfaces and warm ivory tone create a classic glow without appearing overly bright. By varying the scale of the pearls around each emerald centerpiece, the design develops a more organic, dimensional composition rather than a rigid geometric border.
The accompanying earrings echo the necklace’s emerald crystal, pearl clusters, miniature leaves, and antique-gold framework. Their compact statement shape frames the face without requiring a long drop. The matching brooch is larger and more sculptural, with a central emerald crystal surrounded by raised pearl settings and botanical metalwork. It may be worn on a lapel, coat, scarf, dress, bag, or positioned at the waist as an ornamental accent.
The leaf motif originates from one of my long-standing design studies developed while attending Birmingham City University’s School of Jewellery. Each leaf, stem, and floral detail is sculpted to feel animated and naturally irregular. The combination of hand-finished metalwork, heritage surface treatment, pearls, and richly colored crystal gives the set both wearable versatility and collectible character.
This is not simply a coordinated accessory set. It is conceived as a future heirloom: a complete piece of wearable art that can be worn together for ceremonial impact or separated into individual elements for everyday use.
2. About the Designer — Lisa
My name is Lisa. I am a graduate of Birmingham City University’s School of Jewellery and a second-generation jewelry artisan.
I grew up in my father’s workshop, learning traditional metalworking, wax carving, casting, polishing, stone setting, and surface finishing from an early age. Some techniques can be studied from books, but others can only be understood through years of observation and practice. The antiqued gold finish used on this set is one of those inherited skills—a family process developed by my father and gradually passed on to me.
My university years allowed me to combine this traditional workshop knowledge with contemporary jewelry design. Leaves became one of my most important recurring subjects because they can be interpreted in endless ways: delicate or architectural, natural or abstract, restrained or highly decorative.
I create jewelry slowly and intentionally. Rather than reproducing temporary trends, I focus on pieces with strong silhouettes, visible craftsmanship, and enough depth to be worn and appreciated for many years.
3. Styling Ideas
Formal Evening and Ceremonial Dressing
Wear all three pieces with a black, burgundy, emerald, champagne, or ivory velvet or satin gown. The complete set creates a dignified court-inspired appearance suitable for formal dinners, award ceremonies, weddings, cocktail receptions, and gala events.
A low chignon, sleek low ponytail, or softly swept-back hairstyle will keep the neckline open and allow the necklace and earrings to remain fully visible.
Refined Office and Business Styling
For a quieter look, wear only the necklace and earrings with a tailored blazer, silk blouse, fine-knit dress, or structured skirt suit. The double pearl strands appear polished and classic, while the emerald crystals add individuality without overwhelming professional clothing.
The brooch can be worn separately on a blazer lapel, coat collar, or trench coat to add depth to an otherwise minimal outfit.
Vintage and French-Inspired Dressing
Pair the pieces with a wool coat, vintage trench, silk scarf, fitted cardigan, or classic black dress. Separating the three components creates multiple styling possibilities: the brooch can decorate a scarf or handbag, while the earrings can be worn alone as a compact statement.
Creative Layering
The necklace may be layered with a delicate plain chain to create a less formal, more contemporary composition. The brooch may also be attached at the waistline of a dress, placed on a velvet ribbon, or used to secure a scarf.
4. A Meaningful Gift
This set makes an especially meaningful gift for a mother, grandmother, or respected female relative. Its pearl composition and inherited-looking antique finish carry associations of family continuity, memory, and enduring affection. It is suitable for Mother’s Day, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, or important family celebrations.
For a professional woman, business partner, or colleague, the set offers both elegance and practical versatility. The pieces may be worn together for formal occasions or individually for business meetings and daily work, making it appropriate as a promotion, retirement, or achievement gift.
Vintage jewelry collectors and lovers of European-inspired costume jewelry will appreciate the sculptural construction, deep green crystals, hand-antiqued finish, and complete three-piece format. It is distinctive enough to become part of a personal collection rather than simply another seasonal accessory.
It is also a thoughtful gift for a close friend celebrating a birthday, new home, anniversary, or major life event. For a bride, the set can complement a wedding gown, reception dress, or rehearsal-dinner look and later remain as a lasting keepsake from the occasion.
5. Who I Design For
I design for women who see jewelry as more than decoration.
This collection is created for those who appreciate uncommon design, hand-finished details, vintage atmosphere, botanical forms, and objects with the potential to become personal heirlooms. It is particularly suited to collectors, artists, designers, creative professionals, vintage-fashion enthusiasts, brides, and women who prefer expressive jewelry over anonymous mass-market accessories.
I also design for people who enjoy versatility. The necklace, earrings, and brooch can create a dramatic complete look, but each piece also has enough character to be worn independently.
Most importantly, I create for those who value the human hand behind an object—the subtle irregularities, inherited techniques, patient finishing, and emotional history that cannot be reproduced by an industrial production line.
